Duma Collective Founder Sibu Mabena Reveals The Goals She Has Set For The Communications Start-Up. South African entrepreneur and founder of Duma Collective Sibu Mabena took to Twitter to reveal the goals she has set for the communications startup. She seeks to grow her business even further so that the startup can tap into other business ventures such as having a clothing line.

What is your plan for the year?” Sibu Mabena shares that this is her plan to success as this growth will bring more business in the company. These goals are indicators that Mabena now wants to take her business to the next level where it is sustainable for the long term.

Mabena has managed to build Duma Collective to the level where it is today and now she thinks she needs to expand her business structures so that the business becomes better and grows into its next phase. Mabena also understands that in order for her business to reach its goals, she has to invest a lot of money and time, this is why she also emphasised that her goals require serious financial planning.

Sibu Mabena is an entrepreneur with a BA in Political Science and International Relations, she is also a young creative with extensive experience in event production, sponsorship acquisition, performance direction, street and social media marketing. Having worked on several live events and TV shows, her exposure serves as a good creative springboard for a variety of communications platforms from linear and digital, to stages and experiential events.

To make her goals a reality, Mabena should have a thorough financial plan in place so that she can do what needs to be done in order to achieve the goals she has set.
