Executive Chairman Of M&N Brands Zibusiso Mkhwanazi Reflects On The Company Employing Over 180 Advertising Professionals. South African entrepreneur and Executive Chairman of M&N Brands Zibusiso Mkhwanazi took to Twitter to reflect on M&N Brands employing over 180 advertising professionals as a 100% black owned business.

The post read, “We now employ over 180 advertising professionals as a 100% black owned business in 11 advertising and communication agencies. #DreamsArePossible” Mkhwanazi is an entrepreneur that is proud of what his company has been able to achieve as it is changing a lot people’s lives. This shows that black entrepreneurs are able to build sustainable corporations that contribute immensely to the growth of the economy. Mkhwanazi understands that achieving this is not an easy thing as a lot of businesses fail before they reach a point of providing empowerment not only to its employees but also other aspiring entrepreneurs.

Mkhwanazi is also the co-founder of Avatar which is an agency that won Financial Mail’s AdFocus medium-sized agency of the year 2016 and it was a finalist in 2017. A World Economic Forum Young Global Leader, Mkhwanazi is now building an African owned agency network through his investment company, M&N Brands. M&N Brands operates as a marketing services holding company with a kaleidoscope of investments in advertising and communication agencies. The company recently announced its partnership and share exchange deal with Duma Collective. Duma Collective is a 100% Black Owned Creative Communications Agency that started in influencer management and evolved into the full service company you see today. Its vision is to be the leading provider of valuable creative conversations between brands and the African market.

Through this deal with Duma Collective, M&N has managed to build a company that holds a lot of influence in the communications and marketing industry and this is a chance for it to create more impactful projects that will lead to it growing even further and creating more employment opportunities.
