The company was founded by Reginald Tshabalala, who graduated from the university of Pretoria in 2000 with an LLB Degree and AIPSA Post-graduate diploma in insolvency law and practice. He served his articles in a law firm in Sandton in 2001 and was admitted as an Attorney in 2002. He was admitted as a conveyancer in 2005 and as a notary public in 2007.

Further to illustrate this, during 2019, the company successfully reclaimed the property which was unlawfully and cruelly taken from an elderly couple and sold to three different owners which resulted in the elderly couple and their grandchildren being left homeless after the plight of the said elderly was broadcasted on national television, the company took on the matter on a pro bono basis.
