The company offers Bursaries / Learnerships / Short Skills Courses / Internationally Certified Training and Skills Development Programmes. Aimed at assisting companies within the ICT sector bridge the gap between the huge scarcity of skills within the sector and the young minds that come into the sector with no experience.

The company spends a lot of time researching about the skills shortage within the ICT Sector and has seen an imbalance within the sector as far as education and practical skills. Its target audience are the youth who would like to take a career path within the sector. After doing much research the company has seen that it can be the driving tool to bridge that gap by moulding and grooming its own talent within the identified scarce skills in the country.
