South Africa’s Top Email Campaigns Invited to Compete in Everlytic’s 2026 Marketing Awards. South African marketers and communication teams are being invited to submit their work for the 2026 edition of Everlytic’s You Mailed It Email Marketing Awards, which recognises standout email campaigns produced during 2025.

The awards programme, now in its fourth year, celebrates campaigns that demonstrated strong creative execution, audience understanding, and measurable communication impact. According to Everlytic, entries are open to businesses and organisations across business-to-business, business-to-consumer, and internal communication categories, regardless of whether they use the company’s platform.

This year’s competition includes two categories: Best Marketing Email and Best Internal Email. Campaigns entered into the awards will be reviewed by a judging panel made up of specialists from the fields of advertising, technology, behavioural linguistics, design, and email marketing.

The judging panel includes Tegan Crymble from BreadCrumbs BrAIn, Amanda Hoosen from WPP Media, Sivu Matyila from Matte BLK, Hannes Esterhuizen from Sideways10Up, and Wilene van Greunen from Everlytic.

Winning teams in both categories will each receive Takealot vouchers valued at R12 000. Everlytic also announced that new customers will receive a three month free subscription to the platform, including setup support, email credits, and three strategic sessions with an email marketing expert during the trial period.

Last year’s Best Marketing Email award went to Old Mutual Rewards. Judges highlighted the campaign’s clean design and creative use of calls-to-action. In response to the recognition, the team said the campaign reflected the collaborative effort behind the email’s copywriting, visuals, and user experience.

Machine_ secured the Best Internal Email award for its Sanlam Group campaign for the second consecutive year in 2025. Judges commended the campaign for its uncluttered and engaging design. Samantha Page, content officer at Machine_, said the campaign’s Earth Hour inspired dark mode approach aimed to encourage awareness around sustainability and behavioural change.

Everlytic said the awards were created to recognise the work behind impactful email communication and to showcase campaigns that connect effectively with audiences.
