How Twizza Founder, Ken Clark Build A Cool Drink Company In Queenstown Which Is Now Being Distributed Across SADC
Twizza is a cool drink brand many South Africans are familiar with. Below is a feature focusing on how Twizza Founder, Ken Clark Build A Cool Drink Brand From From Queenstown To A SADC distribution network.
In 2003 by Ken Clark after he stumbled across some antiquated soft drink manufacturing equipment. While Clark was already involved with Crickley Dairy at the time, he enjoyed the idea of creating a soft drink line so much, that he installed a state-of-the-art carbonated soft drink line on Crickley’s Queenstown site.
Due to its success, by 2012 a second Twizza factory was opened up in Middelburg, with a third plant established in 2015, in Cape Town.
Today, they boast a distribution network spanning across South Africa, Lesotho, Swaziland, Namibia, Botswana and Mozambique.
Despite competition from international soft drink brands, Twizza has grown to become one of South Africa’s most popular soft drink brands, supplying loyal consumers with proudly South African refreshment.
