4Sight Set To Launch A R10 Skills Development And Youth Employment Programme. Tracy Short, 4Sight’s COO shares that’s the pilot programme is to provide KZN based youths with niche training in 4IR technologies. Of the 50 young individuals who will take part in the programme, 60 percent will potentially be female participants.
