Mbali who has successfully built a beauty empire said that her biggest tip she can give to young girls is for them to do their research as this provides leverage when they are discussing business ideas. She also said that they should look at other individuals that are in the industry and study how they conduct their business as they can act as a mentor from afar.

Mbali also emphasised the importance of having self belief as there are many people that will try to discourage their ideas. She also shared that entrepreneurship is hard work and young girls shouldn’t think that it’s all about posting pictures but actually getting the work done as everyone in their team will look to them for direction and new ideas because being an entrepreneur is being a leader.
