Coca-Cola Seeks 100 Entrepreneurs for Strategic Distribution Partnerships Across South Africa

Coca-Cola Seeks 100 Entrepreneurs for Strategic Distribution Partnerships Across South Africa. Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) has opened an opportunity for South African entrepreneurs to partner with the company as strategic distributors, with 100 positions available nationwide.
The company is calling for expressions of interest from qualified individuals capable of independently managing warehousing and distribution operations within defined territories. The initiative spans several provinces, including Gauteng, Limpopo, Mpumalanga, the Eastern Cape, KwaZulu-Natal, and the Free State, with Bloemfontein identified as the Free State location.
According to CCBSA, the programme is designed to strengthen product availability and execution across the traditional trade channel. Country lead for traditional trade Kooglan Naidu said the distributor model plays a critical role in maintaining consistent service levels and extending the company’s footprint in local communities.
He said the company is looking for entrepreneurs with strong operational capacity, deep understanding of their local markets, and the ability to manage complex logistics environments while upholding Coca-Cola’s service standards.
Applicants are required to demonstrate prior entrepreneurial experience, relevant industry exposure, and familiarity with local trading conditions. Operational requirements include the ability to operate articulated delivery trucks, ownership of a minimum fleet of five delivery vehicles, and access to a warehouse facility measuring at least 1,000 square metres.
CCBSA said each successful applicant will be responsible for running their own distribution business, including staff management, fleet operations, customer service, and compliance with agreed performance requirements.
Entrepreneurs interested in being considered are required to submit their applications through the CCBSA Careers platform. The company has advised applicants to clearly indicate their preferred area of operation in the subject line of their application.
The closing date for submissions is 16 January 2026. CCBSA said only candidates who meet the specified criteria will be considered as part of the selection process.
