The Motheo Construction Group was established in 1997 by Dr. Thandi Ndlovu and has during its 20 year history developed into one of the largest BEE construction companies in South Africa. Having branched out into general building, civil construction, water saving technologies, electrical works, as well as having established a fully fledged academy, Motheo is a formidable force in the construction industry. The company has extensive experience in all areas of Social Housing. As of June 2020, Motheo has completed almost 90 000 units in the Social Housing Sectors. It has had a lot of business in the building arena with projects ranging from railway stations to schools. Motheo has completed General Building Projects valued in excess of R3,5bn.
