Skeem Saam’s Cornet Mamabalo On Why He Left Acting To Focus On Business

Skeem Saam’s Cornet Mamabalo On Why He Left Acting To Focus On Business. South African actor Cornet Mamabolo announced his departure from his long time character of Tbose of the popular soapie Skeem Saam. The actor announced this as he wants to focus more on building his insurance business. Mamabolo is one of the actors that started out with the soapie in 2011 as his character was one of the leading characters of the soapie.

Mamabalo chose to focus more on his financial business as he seeks to build an empire of a business that will be able to create sustainable employment for the people of South Africa. He co-founded his company Digni Financial Services in 2014 along with his business Johnny Modiba. The company provides comprehensive financial services to people, with a vision to render services beyond funeral policies. The company envisions expanding its scope into primary care, hospital plan, medical aid, disability benefits and provident fund, this way it will be able to grow at an exponential rate and also fulfil Mamabolo’s dream of creating jobs.

Mamabalo is a seasoned actor who is also business-minded, therefore he understands that building a business and having ownership of it is very important in terms of secure one’s financial future. This is because businesses are able to create value and bring a lot of impact to a lot of people while generating a lot of income too. However he also knows that it demands a lot one’s time and attention so that it can thrive to its highest potential. With him deciding to focus on building his empire at such a young age shows his determination towards achieving his goal.

Even though Mamabolo chose to put his passion on hold for now, he also reiterates that he might come back to the entertainment industry if the role he is offered makes sense to him. He said on Podcast And Chill With Mac G that he has built his business and life to a point where he doesn’t need to rely on acting to support his lifestyle. This is why he feels he will just be doing acting if the role that is presented is accommodating to him and his life as a full time CEO of a growing financial services company.
