- Chef Rethabile Maseola and Wine Steward Simphiwe Duma from 54 on Bath captivated judges with their Grilled Sea Bass, Prawn Arancini, paired with De Grendel Op Die Berg Chardonnay 2023.
- Executive Chef PJ Peter Lakay of Southern Sun Cape Sun earned the Showcook Man of the Match award for his outstanding culinary artistry.
- Nonzuzo Mhlungu, pastry chef at The Edward hotel, was named Lancewood Pastry Chef of the Year, winning an exclusive culinary trip to France.
