How Bright Sprout Consulting Is Helping People Focus On Their Career Goals

How Bright Sprout Consulting Is Helping People Focus On Their Career Goals. The beginning of Natasha Thomas’ career journey is not unique as she had completed degree, but she had no idea what she wanted to do with the rest of her life like so many young people. Fortunately, she had a few mentors (line managers, colleagues, family – my village) that saw something in her that she didn’t see in herself.

This mentorship helped her to find a job where she was making a difference… a job that she loved. Thomas believes that even though she didn’t plan her career journey, she had her village who helped her make good career choices. What Thomas learnt during her over 15 years within the world of work, is that not everyone has a village to help them make good choices. Many people fumble into the job they’re doing and their careers happen to them by accident, and sometimes is not fulfilling but she also believes one can be deliberate about their career. Her career journey influenced her philosophy and approach to career development. Through this she was able to start Bright Sprout Consulting to help those who want to be more focused about where they want to end up in their careers.

Being influenced by her career journey, Natasha Thomas has come to realise that everyone could benefit from some help in plotting what their ideal future could look like. The approach she uses, is built on her fundamental belief that one always has the answers to their own challenges, but they may just need help in unlocking these answers for themselves. She believes that the role of the company is to support them by holding up the mirror so they can see what they already know about themselves, and what they need to do to thrive.

Natasha recently completed her Bachelor of Arts Honours Degree in Psychology (Applied Psychology). She is a registered member of ICF (International Coaching Federation), and she is an accredited practitioner in the following personality profiling tools: Clarity4D, Insights Discovery and iEQ9 Enneagram.
