City Logistics Partners With Clearwater Capital To Acquire Fastway Couriers. It has been announced that logistics company, City Logistics has partnered with Clearwater Capital in order to acquire Fastway Couriers.

“This is a strategic investment, giving us the opportunity to increase the services offered to our existing clients, to serve a new customer base and to provide solutions for a market that requires options to reach their end-customers.” City Logistics CEO Ryan Gaines, told Business Africa. City Logistics’ comprehensive distribution network has been established servicing all areas nationwide and cross border to Botswana, Namibia and Swaziland. The company’s daily operations include deliveries to all major shopping centres and malls throughout the country as well as overnight road freight services.

“This transaction will further assist the growth opportunity that lies with global e-commerce retailers like Alibaba and Shein, where imports are brought to one central place for final distribution to end-customers. This is a service that Fastway is likely to develop further in the future.” Gaines added. City Logistics has warehousing space available for all merchandise storage at competitive rates. All its warehousing has the highest level of security, thus offering its clients the peace of mind knowing their merchandise is safe and secure.

Fastway Couriers is a courier delivery services company founded in Napier, New Zealand. The company currently operates in Ireland and South Africa. The company has operated as a franchise model since 1983, with franchising at the regional and courier level.
