Nandi Madida Announces New eCommerce Platform Called Colourful Beauty Shopping. South African singer, actress, model and television presenter Nandi Madida took to Instagram to announce her new business venture, an e-commerce site that will be selling beauty products.

The post read, “Welcome to Colourful-beauty.com, an African beauty and wellness market place, app and most importantly a platform for all beauty lovers! Going live this August 2021. If you are a product supplier or someone providing beauty services we want you, simply click o the vendor application form on Colourful-beauty.com. If you are a potential customer and would like to know when we go live for purchasing products or requesting beauty services please leave your name and email on Colourful-beauty.com and we’ll notify you when we officially go live this women’s month in August 2021!”

Madida rose to stardom after she was featured by DJ Franky as a vocalist on single “Tonight”, which was released (2012). Having signed with Universal Music Group in 2011, Madida released her self-titled debut studio album Nandi (2012). She started off at a tender age as a ballerina lead dancer, she then ventured into hosting and later into music, recording her debut album in 2011.

In 2013, Nandi joined the South African rap legend and top-ranked MC, Proverb and Dineo Ranaka to co-host All Access Mzansi which is an Mzansi Magic Magazine that aired in 2013. The presenter ventured into acting in 2015 and landed a role in the Mzansi Magic television series, The Road. She started as Zokuthuka Dhlomo, and she was often referred to as Zoe on the series.

As the name Nandi was growing, she became a co-host of the BET Entertainment Magazine show which she hosted with Ayanda Thabethe. The show focused on talking in-depth about African fashion, movies, music, girl talk and advice on certain topics. The show would also involve the role to interview artists from red carpet events and interviewing artists at different events. Establishing an e-Commerce site is a very good business move as more and more people are opting to shop online due to the Corona Virus Pandemic, this business looks to be very lucrative as the industry is also growing and it might attract investors.
