How BluLever Education Seeks To Develop Artisans For The Fourth Industrial Revolution. Africa’s development relies on its ability to rapidly industrialise – and leapfrog into the “Fourth Industrial Revolution”. The key to this development lies in its people. Africa needs viable job creation and education solutions. BluLever believes that training a movement of artisans for the Fourth Industrial Revolution is one of those key solutions.

BluLever Education is preparing Africa’s artisans for the Fourth Industrial Revolution. It is developing artisans through holistic vocational education and skills training that creates ethical industry professionals of global standard. Each year it hosts its annual event: The Artisan 4.0 Summit. BluLever adds value by providing high quality technical training, layered together with holistic elements such as mind-set development, soft skills training, entrepreneurial skills and an understanding of 4IR. BluLever makes training easy and effective, training artisans that live valuable lives and add value wherever they go.

BluLever focuses on holistic and innovative learning, ensuring people have time to grow, develop and invest in themselves throughout their education journey. It believes in matching apprentices appropriately, which is why its programme includes a 2 month long Leadership Camp, which teaches people basic life skills and work readiness skills, and prepares them for a trade career so that they are ready and set up for success when they start their apprenticeship.

The company was co-founded by Adam Collier, a dynamic, motivated and ambitious professional with experience in the finance and education sectors as well as in leading and developing teams of diverse individuals.
